Please use the booking form on the link below to book your space on a clinic, payment details (bank transfer or PayPal) will then be displayed on the confirmation page. Your place is only booked once payment has been received – I don’t accept cash on the day so if electronic payment hasn’t been received before I do the times then you won’t be allocated a place.
I will email clinic times to all paid up participants the Wednesday before the event.
Equine Flu – all horses travelling to clinics must have had initial course of 1st vacc then 2nd vacc 21-92 days after that then 3rd 150-215 days after that, with subsequent ANNUAL vaccinations. If they’ve recently started a course, they must have had the second at least one week before the clinic.
Any booster needs to be at least one week before the clinic.
If you need to cancel your booking I will refund you (less £2 for admin) if either you give at least 7 days notice, or I can fill your place. I can often fill places even the night before so please let me know if you can’t come.
If I have to cancel the clinic for any reason you will be refunded in full.
Clinics still run even in inclement weather – I will cancel if I consider the travelling/riding conditions to be dangerous, so please check the forecast and bring waterproofs & an exercise sheet!

Please complete it once for each person. If you have multiple horses you want to bring, just list them all in the notes so I know how many slots to give you. Camps have individual forms.
